Cancellation Policy

The deposit of £25 per person is non-refundable unless cancelled with more than 5 days notice. There will be no refunds issued for medicals that are not attended. If we are unable to carry out your booked medical, you can choose to either reschedule or opt for a full refund with more than 5 days notice. Any other losses incurred due to this will not be compensated under any circumstance.
