Service Description

When should I do the test? Between 9:30am and 12:30pm in order for us to get the result back on time. When will I get my result? Results will be received by 5 AM the next day at the very latest.

Cancellation Policy

The online deposit paid is non-refundable unless cancelled with more than 10 days notice. There will be no refunds issued for medicals that are not attended. The payment for Day 2 & 8 Travel Test Package is non-refundable in any circumstance. If we are unable to carry out your booked medical, you can choose to either reschedule or opt for a full refund with more than 10 days notice. Any other losses incurred due to this will not be compensated under any circumstance.
